✅ Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• Certain items (e.g., customized products, electronic devices with tampered seals) may not be eligible for return.

  💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or as store credit if selected).

  🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged/defective/wrong item delivered, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • In other cases (customer change of mind), the customer pays for return shipping.
